Presenting and performing confidently

In this coaching session, coachees work on strengthening their presence, appearing authentic and communicating their messages effectively. The coach is on hand as a sparring partner and helps them to discover their personal presentation style and strengthen their self-confidence in the long term.

Whether in meetings, presentations or customer contact - your own appearance often leaves a lasting impression. For many, however, presenting is a challenge that is accompanied by stage fright, insecurity or the fear of being judged. Appearing self-confident and conveying your message clearly and confidently requires both inner confidence and targeted techniques for a strong performance.

Goals of the Coaching Journey

  • Presentations are often associated with nervousness. In coaching sessions, coachees learn to develop mental strategies to get a handle on stage fright and present themselves with clarity and composure. The aim is to find your own inner stability and remain calm and focused in every situation.

  • A strong presentation depends on convincing body language. Coachees work with the coach to consciously use posture, gestures and facial expressions to emphasize their messages and radiate a strong presence. The aim is to convey confidence and self-assurance through non-verbal signals.

  • Voice and speaking tempo play a central role in the impact of a presentation. Coachees practise modulating their voice in a targeted manner, setting clear pauses and creating tension through tempo and emphasis. The aim is to captivate the audience with a powerful and dynamic voice.

  • Appearing confident does not mean pretending. In coaching, we work on maintaining a natural and authentic charisma and incorporating your own personality into your appearance. The aim is to find your own style and be authentically convincing.

"The coaching helped me to overcome my insecurities when presenting. By working specifically on my body language and voice, I now feel much more confident and have learned to use my nervousness in a positive way. I now know how to present myself authentically while remaining clear and convincing."
- Julian, 37 years old
