The journey starts with a self-directed onboarding and an individual definition of goals. Through intelligent matching, the coachees choose a top business coach with whom they can digitally book their 1:1 session on demand.

Measurable progress
Metadata is collected via the process and summarised in an HR reporting. In this way, utilisation, the top coaching topics, satisfaction and target achievement levels can be measured.

Self-assessment for the classification of individual strengths
Coach Matching
We connect competences with needs. To do this, we suggest three coaches who fit the content and who introduce themselves personally in a video.
Coachees book their first digital session independently with their preferred coach.
They choose the time that suits them best and the video software that is released in the company.
With the first booking, the briefing of the selected coaches takes place within the pre-defined framework conditions.

With each session, the coach supports the coachee in changing perspectives, activating resources and finding new ways of solving problems.
