Onboarding

Coachee onboarding works digitally and in three intuitive steps:

  • Personal details and current professional situation

  • Indication of development goals & coach preferences

  • Self-assessment for the classification of individual strengths

 
 

Coach Matching

We connect competences with needs. To do this, we suggest three coaches who fit the content and who introduce themselves personally in a video.

  • Coachees book their first digital session independently with their preferred coach.

  • They choose the time that suits them best and the video software that is released in the company.

  • With the first booking, the briefing of the selected coaches takes place within the pre-defined framework conditions.
