How the Coaching Journey works
We reduce administrative efforts in staff development to a minimum. Our technology is designed to integrate seamlessly into our clients' IT environment. No additional apps or video call software need to be implemented. This means that existing personality tests or learning tracks can be flexibly combined with the digital sessions.
🤝 Onboarding and Match
In a simple onboarding process, coachees select the development areas they want to work on with their best-fit coach.
💻 Digital 1:1 Session
In the digital sessions, coachee and coach work on the areas of development. After each session, the coach sends a short video summary and individual reflection exercises.
📆 Flexible appointment booking
Coachees book their sessions with their coach themselves. They choose the time that suits them best and the video software that is approved in their company.

Our scope of services
We take a holistic view of HR development and align it with the reality of the target groups: individually, digitally and on demand. We always develop our coaching journeys in line with the strategy, vision and leadership guidelines of our clients.

The basis is a joint kick-off on the objectives of the development programme in line with the vision, corporate values and leadership principles. This includes a seamless connection to the already existing internal L&D processes, support in communication and the preparation of the coach briefings.

The journey starts with a self-directed onboarding and an individual definition of goals. Through intelligent matching, the coachees choose a top business coach with whom they can digitally book their 1:1 session on demand.

The sessions can be booked on demand by the coachee via our tool. With each session, the coach supports the coachee in changing perspectives, activating resources and finding new solutions.

Depending on the individual learning needs, the coachees receive methods, impulses or content nuggets from the coach to promote self-directed learning.

The coachee receives needs-oriented reflection exercises that help to implement the learned insights in a targeted manner in everyday work.

Metadata is collected throughout the programme and summarised in an HR reporting. In this way, coachee utilisation, the top coaching topics, satisfaction and target achievement levels can be measured.
