Qualifications and quality of our coaches

Certification

Our coaches have at least one accredited certification by ICF, EMCC or IAC, among others.
Leadership experience

You have more than 5 years of leadership & management experience in a relevant industry sector
Coaching experience

You have several years of coaching experience with at least 500 coaching hours under your belt
Approach and ethics

Our coaches combine their approachable, people-centred attitude with their always professional coaching standards.
Relevant industry

You have expertise and experience in at least 3 relevant industries
