What do you bring ?

• You have relevant experience in sales or project management, ideally in the HR industry or in HR consulting.

• You have high management qualities (excellent organisational and time management, stress resistance, meeting deadlines, leadership skills and self-motivation) and you are very strong in sales (networking qualities, developing good interpersonal relationships, customer orientation).

• You have a university degree in business administration, marketing, finance or a comparable business-related subject.

What will your tasks be?

• You proactively expand the business areas of thankscoach and are, among other things, co-responsible for the development and expansion of the area of our leadership coaching programs.

• You will support our clients in the concept creation and also the concept implementation of customized Coaching Journeys to ensure a maximally effective development journey for the individual participants.

• Your tasks will include analysing market studies and trends, identifying business opportunities and growth potential, deriving strategic recommendations, drawing up business plans and acquiring and maintaining new clients.

• You use your network to acquire customers and projects, establish and expand customer relationships, prepare presentations and offers and conduct sales negotiations.

• You support the processing of orders and act as a service-oriented contact person for our customers on site.

• Develop or coordinate supporting formats such as graphics, audio and video sequences for eLearnings.

• Content Creation: You write blog articles on current HR topics, personnel development & coaching.

• Social Media: You plan, create and post articles (especially on LinkedIn) and help build our community.

• Target group focus: You develop a feeling for how we address HR managers at eye level and with added value.

• Support at events: You support us in the preparation of trade fairs, webinars and presentations - from research to slide design.
