Press release: Dr. Sarah Meeßen takes over the management of thankscoach
The Berlin-based start-up thankscoach, known for its digital coaching solution, will be led by Dr. Sarah Meeßen in future. Alongside her, the management team will continue to consist of Johannes Darrmann as COO. Meeßen takes over the management from Dr. Matthias Meifert, founder of the transformation consultancy HRpepper, which is the majority shareholder of the digital company.
Meeßen, who holds a doctorate in psychology, has extensive experience as a consultant, particularly in the field of learning and development. In recent years, she has successfully managed large-scale projects for public and private organizations as a Principal Consultant at HRpepper. Her knowledge and passion for sustainably effective learning and development solutions will help thankscoach to further develop its forward-looking solutions in a meaningful way and embed them in complex learning arrangements.
